			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>We said we would talk about all things regarding health . Today we would like to talk about exercise. Exercise is not only for those who want to lose weight but also to maintain a healthy body.</p>
<p>We would like to consider what exercise could be the most beneficial for you and that you would do and like. If you have never exercised, it would be a good idea to consult with your doctor to get their opinion. Just start slowly and you can increase the intensity of the exercise as you develop or increase your fitness levels.</p>
<p>What exercise do we recommend? This is a small list and maybe you can get some ideas.<br />
Walking – the cheapest and easiest<br />
Golf<br />
Playing with the kids – they are energetic and you need to move<br />
Take the dog for a walk<br />
Join a gym &#8211; see if you can get a visitors one day pass to try first<br />
Yoga<br />
Pilates<br />
Tai Chi<br />
Tennis<br />
Swimming<br />
Aerobics<br />
Dancing</p>
<p>This list could go on and on but you think about what you want. All we want you to do is to stay motivated and lose weight and regain your fitness, while you are enjoying yourself. Remember a healthy diet is also necessary</p>
<p>I prefer myself, to combine a flexibility discipline and a weight bearing exercise.I actually do weights and yoga. The reason for this is that recent studies have proven that weight bearing exercises improve bone density. This will lower the risk of osteoporosis.</p>
<p>The motto should be “just do it” and watch the results you are getting. Someone recently joined our yoga group and within 6 months, her body shape has totally changed and she has lost weight. She is ecstatic – and why shouldn’t she be.</p>

<p>That is a very powerful statement but first we must know what our goal is. You must be certain that you know what you want. When you know your life purpose, you will be able by thought to achieve all that you desire or <strong><a href="http://healththroughhealinghands.com/the-new-way/" target="_self">visualize.</a></strong></p>
<p>We will take a simple example but this example applies to any goal or goals you want to achieve. If, for example, you want to lose weight – know how much you want to lose -30 pounds and what is the time frame you are allowing yourself. We have done the calculations that we will lose 5 pounds per month – you must be realistic. This is not an impossible amount. You may do better, but at least you know that 5 pounds is achievable per month. Now the math tells us that this will take 6 months.</p>
<p>Write it down – at the end of the month 5 pounds – at the end of 6 months – 30 pounds. Now we will break it down even further. Visualize that you have already achieved the goal and what it feels like.</p>
<p>Write down what you want to achieve every day and put it in great detail. This lets your subconscious mind know what it has to work on.</p>
<p>It is like going into a field of tall grass, you walk through it and suddenly you create a path. If you kept walking through this field on this same path you had created – it would be very visible. This is the same as your thoughts. You must constantly tell yourself what you want to achieve and these thoughts will be like a pathway to your brain. If you want an inspirational day join one of these one day events.</p>
<p>Thoughts can move mountains!!!</p>
